1. How do I book a course?

Register to make an account

Buy

You'll receive a confirmation email and all of your courses are in your 'My Courses' tab. You can work your way through the content at your own pace and our teachers are here ready to mark your assignments as they're completed.

2. How does Online Tuition work?

When you buy course content you can also book 1:1 tuition. Simply click on '1:1 Tuition Packages' in the menu to see the packages.

3. What resources are included?

We have a wide range of multimedia resources included in your subscriptions. Take a look at our video to see what's included.

Where do you teach?

Gaia Learning is one of the UK’s top online education providers working with children and families across the world. Our team of tutors work across various time zones, countries and subjects to deliver personalised learning where and when it suits you.

What curriculum do you teach?

For Primary and Lower Secondary we are accredited to teach the Cambridge International curriculum. We also currently support any exam board for GCSE and A levels through private one to one tuition tailored to individual needs.

What is Gaia Learning's mission?

How do I access live lessons and materials?

Download FlexiSchool on the App store or Google Play. All course materials and links to live lessons take place to through FlexiSchool. You will be able to see your child's progress and engagement in the courses online.

Who are we?

All of our educators are qualified teachers or professional tutors, DBS checked and vetted to work with children. They are trained to personalise the curriculum to each child’s learning style, strengths and challenges. Gaia educators work as a team across a range of subject specialisms, always putting the wellbeing of the learner and their family at the heart of everything we do. We teach independence and coach each other to understand how to learn, not just what to learn.

How do I report an issue?

If you are having problems logging into your FlexiSchool account or any of our resources please contact courses@gaialearning.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.

How do I change or cancel my course?

If you find that the course is not suitable for your child, and you let us know within 14 days of enrolment that you wish for a refund, we will return what you have paid, less the registration fee and the cost of any textbooks.

After 14 days, where you have not requested a refund within that period, all instalment fees will continue to be payable on the agreed dates.
